The City of Ottawa is seeking offers from motel, hotel, retirement residence, apartment owners and other similar use commercial/ institutional/ residential property owners to provide immediate, medium- and/or long-term accommodations. This could be through the acquisition or lease of a building and/or the lease of a portion of a building. Through this Request For Offers (RFO), the City is specifically seeking buildings suitable for Transitional Housing for families. Currently, the City is seeking upwards of 200 rooms in capacity, through one or multiple offers. All in accordance with the RFO document.
