The City of Ottawa is seeking to minimize tariff impacts associated to this or any related solicitation. This may include altering specifications to include products with increased Canadian content or non-tariffed alternatives. The City welcomes any questions or feedback from bidders which may assist the City in achieving the goal of reducing the negative impacts of tariffs on this solicitation.
Bidders should note the evaluation strategy for this solicitation detailed in section 3 of the RFP.
SECTION ONE – INFORMATION AND INSTRUCTIONS
Background: The City of Ottawa hereinafter referred to as the City, is seeking proposal submissions to provide professional services to conduct a maintenance maturity assessment at the Water Facilities and Treatment Services area.
Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
1. Proponents will be required to complete and submit a NDA, found in Appendix III, in order to be granted access to the Confidential Pump Station Maintenance Gap Analysis and Reliability Practices RCM01 Documents.
2. Proponents who are interested in obtaining access to the Confidential Current Pump Station Maintenance Gap Analysis and Reliability Practices RCM01 Documents must complete, sign, and submit the NDA Form to the Contracting Authority, no later than THURSDAY, 27 NOVEMBER 2025.
