Defence Construction Canada (DCC) – Request for Abbreviated Proposal (RFAP) for Consulting Services, Project No. VR000132, Quebec Citadel, Quebec.

Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from consulting firms to provide the following professional services:

Phase 1: Plans and specifications design
- - Preparatory studies.
  - Plans and specifications.
Phase 2: Optional services (subsequent award by change order)
- - TPS; and,
  - CPS.

Information provided by the Consulting Firms will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP. The objective of this RFAP is to select the Proponent with the highest total score.

Proponents that consider themselves qualified to provide these Services are invited to submit their abbreviated proposals through the MERX Electronic Bidding System on or before the closing date and time indicated on the Electronic Bidding System.

A work site visit will be held at the following date, time and location. It is highly recommended that tenderers attend this site visit.

The meeting point for the site visit will be at the serpentine road entrance (gatehouse). Parking for Proponents will be inside the Citadel.

Questions regarding this solicitation are to be directed ONLY to the point of contact identified in this advertisement. Proponents who address their questions to anyone other than the point of contact during the solicitation period may, for that reason alone, be disqualified.
