Description

The Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Commission (“WorkplaceNL”) is inviting prospective Applicants to submit proposals for the provision of external legal services This
should include providing legal advice on matters referred by WorkplaceNL’s internal legal department in a timely and cost effective manner.

WorkplaceNL reserves the right to contract with one provider of services for all regions or to contract with separate providers, as required, to provide the required regional services. The term of the agreement will be for a period of three (3) years. WorkplaceNL will, in its sole discretion, have an option to extend the agreement for an additional term of two (2) years on the same terms and conditions.

Proposals must be signed by the Applicant or an authorized representative of the Applicant. If the Applicant is a corporation, the proposal must be signed by the authorized signing officer of the corporation submitting the proposal.
