Excavation Scope of Work – Feb 24, 2025

Planned time of work: April 2025

Supply and install the following:

Equipment and labour for excavation and haul away.
There is no room on site for material storage.
Work must occur from back lane and NOT the front street.
See attached drawings.
Depth of excavation to be approximately 7’-6” from existing grade.
Shoring will be required along the neighbouring foundations.
Provide reusable shoring materials.
Removal of shoring prior to backfilling.
Supply and install of CLEAN backfill after foundation is installed.
