Manitoba Public Insurance, Request for Tender #133 Cityplace 600 Level Corridor Fit-up (Phase 2)
The Work of this project comprises Phase-2 of the 600 Level Corridor Fit-up project for the Cityplace Building, located at 234 Donald Street in Winnipeg, MB. The work generally includes supply and installation of new interior finishes, as well as new doors and hardware, for the public corridors, elevator lobbies, and building storage / maintenance support spaces. Selective wall construction is also scheduled as part of the scope of work, along with the construction and fit-up of a new Universal Toilet Room. Mechanical and electrical systems, equipment, fixtures, and devices are to be supplied and installed as scheduled, including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, power, lighting, and life-safety systems, as more fully described in the RFT document.
Mandatory Site Visit will be held on April 5, 2023 at 9:00am local time at the main floor Security desk of cityplace, 234 Donald Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba, as more fully described in the RFT document, Section 1.5 Site Assessments.
Prior to the Site Visit, Bidders shall confirm their attendance by email to the email address listed in, and in accordance with, Section 1.4.5 Contract/Bid Documents.
The final date for submissions is Thursday, April 20, 2023 at 2:00 PM (CT). Other dates of significance are contained within the body of the RFT.
