Description

The University of Winnipeg (hereinafter referred to as ‘U of W’) is issuing this RFP seeking qualified vendor(s) to modernize the elevator in the Manitoba Hall Building. This RFP, and the subsequent submission will be referenced and form part of the contract issued to the Successful Bidder. The University will enter into an Agreement with the Bidder who submits a Proposal that best serves the interests of the University when evaluated in accordance with the stated evaluation criteria.

Event Note

Proponents will be allowed a site visit before submission of the proposal. A mandatory walk-through of the space is scheduled for 10:00 AM on Thursday, October 16th. Meeting location is in front of Security Services on the Main Floor of Centennial Hall.

The Contract Administrator (Project Manager) will be available at the Site on those dates during those hours to provide Bidders with access to the Site.

Bidders are not entitled to rely on information received from the Contract Administrator (Project Manager) or other third parties at the Site viewing unless the Contract Administrator (Project Manager) has provided the information in writing
