Description

This Request for Quotations (the “Solicitation”) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”), as represented by the Minister of Natural Resources and Indigenous Futures, to prospective Vendors to submit Submissions for the Provision of Construction Services for Ready-to-Move Bunkhouse , as further described in Section A of the Solicitation Particulars (Appendix A) and Scope of Deliverables (Appendix B).

In consideration of Manitoba’s procurement policies and applicable trade agreements, for this Solicitation, preference will be given to Canadian suppliers who have submitted compliant submissions meeting all essential requirements of the solicitation. Manitoba may re-issue this tender at its sole discretion.

Site Visit

An optional site visit has been scheduled as follows:

Date and Time:           November 5, 2025 1:00 P/M local time
1.4.2.2    Vendors are to pre-register by email to the wildfire superintendent at Lawrence.Huculak@gov.mb.ca no later than November 4th, 2025 1 PM. It is the Vendor’s responsibility to ensure registration and confirmation has been received prior to the meeting.
1.4.2.3    Vendors are not entitled to rely on information received from the wildfire superintendent, wildfire superintendent’s representatives or other third parties at the site visit unless the RFP Contact has provided the information in writing.

For the purposes of this procurement process, the “Solicitation Contact” will be:
