Title: Garbage Collection Services for the Wabush Airport

Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement (CLCA): No

Description of Requirement:
Transport Canada has a requirement for a Contractor to provide garbage collection services at the Wabush Airport. The Contractor is to supply all labour, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to perform the garbage collection services at the Wabush Airport, in Wabush, Newfoundland and Labrador.

Period of the Contract:
The period of the Contract is from September 1, 2025 to August 31, 2028, with the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to three (3) additional one (1) year period under the same terms and conditions.

Enquiries – Bid Solicitation:
All enquiries must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Authority no later than five (5) business days before the bid closing date. Enquiries received after that time may not be addressed prior to the bid closing date.

Process and Selection Methodology:
A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The Lowest Bid meeting all the mandatory requirements will be recommended for award of contract.

There is no security requirements associated with the requirement.
