Description

The scaffolding services include, but are not limited to, rental of scaffolding equipment, related installation services; supply of labor to deliver, erect, and dismantle scaffolding; equipment, tools, and materials required to perform the work, including all bracing, anchorage, side brackets, guard rail, toe boards, decking, platforms, access stairs and / or ladders.

The Contractor is expected to provide, as needed and based on the scope of its qualification under RFSQ 20019, Rental and Install of Scaffolding materials / services for various BC Hydro facilities throughout the province of British Columbia.

The scaffolding services include, but are not limited to, rental of scaffolding equipment, related installation services; supply of labor to deliver, erect, and dismantle scaffolding; equipment, tools, and materials required to perform the work, including all bracing, anchorage, side brackets, guard rail, toe boards, decking, platforms, access stairs and / or ladders.

More specifically, the work includes the following:
• provide all labor associated with scaffold erection and dismantlement.
• provide all required supervision and skilled labor for both planned and unplanned work.
• provide staffing to safely complete each required task in accordance with all BC Hydro, local, provincial, and federal laws, rules and regulations.
• provide all tools and consumables.
• provide all scaffolding and other equipment used in the performance of the work.
