Description

Interior Health is seeking expressions of interest from qualified agencies to provide an Adult Day Program for Princeton and area. The Contractor will provide Adult Day Services (The Services) to Clients (as defined in Ministry of Health Services (MoHS) provincial policy) referred and determined as eligible and assessed as requiring Adult Day Services by Interior Health.
The Contractor will provide The Services for a capacity of eight (8) clients/day twice (2) a week for a total of one hundred (100) Annual Program Days, which can be altered by mutual agreement. The hours of operation will ideally be six (6) hours per program day. Provision of Transportation Services to and from the program would be preferred and The Contractor is to identify the location for The Services. The Adult Day Program is anticipated to commence as soon as possible and is anticipated to be within the range of $74,000.00 per annum.
