OCRC is inviting suppliers to submit proposals for the provision of the following MSSP services listed below.

The MSSP partner shall provide the knowledge, skills, abilities, staff support and other related resources necessary to deliver the following services:

Category 1: 24/7 Security Operations and Managed Detection and Response (MDR)
• Managed Security Services
• Security Information and Event Management (SIEM)
• Security Orchestration, Automation and Response (SOAR)
• Incident Management
• Vulnerability Management Service
• Threat Intelligence Service
• Endpoint Detection & Response Service
• Network Access Control
• Email Gateway
• Secure Web Gateway
• Data Loss Prevention
• Cloud Access Security Broker

Category 2: IT Security Governance and Information Management
• Identity & Access Management
• Multi-factor Authentication
• Secure Configuration Management and Compliance
• Information Management System
• Forensics

Category 3: Third-Party Security Assessments
• On Demand Security Assessment
