It is the intent of this RFP to solicit proposals from professional engineering firms to provide comprehensive civil engineering services for the Vermilion Campus Farm Revitalization Project. The project requires comprehensive civil engineering services for a complete farm facility redesign, including: o Detailed site survey and analysis o Final design development o Construction management o Phased implementation support o Interim design capabilities to accommodate staged development Lakeland College is seeking a civil engineering firm that can provide: 1. Comprehensive site survey 2. Detailed engineering design for farm facility revitalization 3. Construction management services 4. Flexible design approach supporting phased implementation 5. Compliance with all local, provincial, and federal regulations 6. Support for potential future expansions
