Description

This project involves exterior restoration and accessibility upgrades at six (6) existing group homes that provide supportive housing for adults with developmental disabilities. The scope of work includes selective concrete demolition, removal, repair and replacement, accessibility improvements to ramps and walkways, surface restoration, repainting, and minor site modifications. Stucco repair, and all the work
User will occupy premises during entire construction period. Cooperate with the Province and user's representative to minimize conflict and to facilitate usage. User will temporarily vacate portions of the premises to permit access to those areas for performance of the Work. The Contractor shall assume responsibility for the care, custody and control of property which is assigned to the Contractor for performance of the Work.
