This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of West Kelowna (the “City”) to qualified Consultants to develop separate conceptual plans for two distinct parks: Memorial Park and Mar Fee Park in West Kelowna as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
