215980 - Non-Profit Housing Providers for Development and Operation of Social Housing at 3475 East Hastings Street

Under this RFP, the City of Vancouver (the "City") is seeking proposals from interested parties with expertise in designing, building, financing, operating and maintaining social housing projects to meet the requirements stated in the Buyer Attachments from PS20251301-OCM-RFP - Non-Profit Housing Providers for Development and Operation of Social housing at 3475 East Hastings Street. Interested parties ("Proponents") are required to respond to this opportunity in accordance with the instructions set forth in this RFP.
The RFP will be administered through the City's electronic procurement portal (the "Supplier Portal").
Proposals and questions may only be submitted via the Supplier Portal in the format requested by the City. Each proponent is solely responsible for reviewing and complying with any Supplier Portal terms and conditions which apply to an govern the use of the Supplier Portal.
