HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT STUDIES
The City of Miramichi will be accepting Request for Proposals for the property located at Alexis St, more particularly identified by Lot 2024-1 New Brunswick PID#40555674. The property has been declared surplus by the City of Miramichi.
The purpose of requesting Request for Proposals is to identify potential housing development opportunities for the property that are mutually beneficial to the developer and the municipality.
The request for proposal documents may be obtained from the City of Miramichi Department of Economic Development & Tourism, 2nd floor City Hall, 141 Henry Street, Miramichi NB, 506-623-5383.
Request for Proposals are to be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Request for Proposal # ED&T # 2025-003" and deposited in the tender box located in the City Clerk's Office, 3rd Floor City Hall, 141 Henry Street, Miramichi, New Brunswick, E1V 2N5 prior to 11:00 a.m. on October 2, 2025.
