Description

The CRD invites Proposals for silviculture treatments in approximately 50 ha of juvenile forest stands, including juvenile tree spacing (approximately 25 ha) and low branch pruning of western white pine (approximately 25 ha)

The project consists of two opportunities which may be contracted out together or separately:

Opportunity to complete low-branch pruning on western white pine to prevent mortality from white pine blister rust on approximately 25 ha
Opportunity to complete juvenile tree spacing and cut debris to length in predominantly coniferous stands on approximately 25 ha
