Description

RFQ for Design-Build Contractor Services for the Solution for Valleyview Replacement School (K-12) project. -The project scope includes capacity for 720 students and a gross floor area of 6,712m2 + additional partnership area of 481m2 for a total of 7,193m2. -This procurement will be completed in two stages: 1. Stage 1 – RFQ Submission: Submissions must receive a minimum of 70% of the maximum achievable total score. Up to five (5) highest scoring respondents will be invited to submit proposals. 2. Stage 2 – RFP Submission: Technical Submission (Form Only) and Financial Submission – The shortlisted respondents will be invited to submit a proposal.
