Description

The Town of Sylvan Lake is inviting qualified architectural and construction management firms to submit proposals for the assessment Town’s administrative municipal government building (MGB) and the development of the lower-level. This development aims to accommodate additional staff and operational needs by creating new office spaces, meeting rooms, storage areas, and washrooms, while also evaluating and upgrading existing building systems and infrastructure as needed. The proponent will also be required to evaluate and assess the existing building systems and provide proposed upgrades is needed.
