Description

Wheatland County is seeking proposals from qualified individuals or firms to provide professional land agent services to support various County infrastructure and development projects. The County intends to select a single (1) land agent through this RFP to establish a working relationship for current and future projects requiring land acquisition, easements, access agreements, and related services. The land consultant will assist the County in delivering projects based on a defined scope, obtaining approvals and submitting for necessary permits, and advising on best practices related to each project type.
