PRJ96613 - Construction Manager - SE01 Electrical Addition (Prequalification)

BCIT is seeking responses from qualified Construction Managers (CMs) with demonstrated experience in design assist construction management and the delivery of classroom/laboratory facilities, post-secondary academic facilities, significant additions to existing buildings under continuous operation, and/or mass timber hybrid construction, to provide services in support of a new addition to the Electrical Trades Building SE01 on BCIT’s Burnaby Campus (3700 Willingdon Avenue, Burnaby, BC V5G 3H2). BCIT will select up to five (5) highest overall scoring Respondents for inclusion on a Prequalified Supplier list and will be invited to participate in a negotiated request for proposal (“NRFP”) for the potential provision of the Deliverables to BCIT.
