Meeting Details
A virtual Pre-Proposal meeting conducted through Microsoft Teams will be held on September 05, 2025 @ 10:00 AM M.T. to discuss project parameters and to take questions from potential Vendors. Interested Vendors can email the Project Owner prior to the meeting to request the meeting invite. Attendance by Vendors at this meeting is not Mandatory but is encouraged. Responses to any questions will be distributed via Addendum and will form part of the RFP package.
