INVITATION TO QUALIFY – ED001-240876 - Roof Repair, Joseph Ghiz Building, Summerside PE
TWO PHASE SELECTION PROCESS
This is the first phase (Phase One) of a two-phase process: the first phase will evaluate the qualifications of all interested suppliers; the second phase (Phase Two) will invite the qualified suppliers to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. The qualification list will expire within 60 days or upon award of a contract in Phase Two, whichever is earlier, and the prequalification list will not be used in any other solicitation. Joseph A Ghiz Building, 275 Pope Road, Summerside, PEI. Contractor to remove to the gypsum board, approximately 1800 m2 of an existing insulated roof system and to replace with a new 20 year warranted modified bitumen roll insulated roof system.
The Contractor shall perform and complete within 16 weeks of award. The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following cost category: between $500,001 to $1,000,000 (HST included) Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
