Description

AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by May 7, 2024 at 14:00 pm ET. All bids submitted after May 7, 2024 at 14:00 pm ET will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Mandatory Work Site Visit. The Offeror must attend the mandatory site visit. The site visit will be held at Department of National Defence, 4 Wing, Cold Lake, AB T9M 2C6 on April 16, 2024 and April 17, 2024, beginning at 9:00 am MT., in B40 Queensway Road. Offerors must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than 14:30 PM MT. April 9, 2024 to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of their representatives. Offerors must sign an attendance sheet. Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual cleaning tasks and as and when required cleaning services for all buildings listed in this RFP. Contractor is responsible for the provision of all labour, materials, tools, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to provide the cleaning services as detailed in the Annex Statement of Work to the Department of National Defence (DND).
