Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide the furnishing of all labour, materials, tools and equipment required to provide Snow and Ice Control (SNIC) and Grass Cutting/Landscape Maintenance at the Bathurst Armoury when requested and as specified herein to Department of National Defence
