Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), on behalf of Veterans Affairs Canada, requires the services of an architectural or licensed interior design firm, acting as the Prime Consultant, with a multidisciplinary team of sub-consultants, to deliver the relocation and modernization of office space at the Alvin Hamilton Building in Regina, Saskatchewan.
