Description

This Request for Proposal (RFP) outlines the request of MFN to provide comprehensive services to meet all Phase 1, Pre-Capital Work required to prepare MFN for submission of Capital Funding Applications compliant with the CHRT 41 Program.
The successful proponent will be expected to conduct on site interview sessions with key MFN personnel, review all existing relevant reports and data, develop options and alternatives aligned with funder program requirements and present a final report through output documents and technical reviews.
