Southern Lights Co-operative Homes Inc. ("Owner"), a provider of social and affordable housing operating 43 units of housing in Hamilton, Ontario, invites bids for an elevator modernization in Hamilton, ON.

A mandatory site visit is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. EDT on Monday, June 2, 2025 at 1365 Limeridge Road East, Hamilton, ON L8W 3V8. It is mandatory that Bidders attend the entire meeting. Bidders unable to attend the entire meeting may be disqualified from bidding.
