There will be a Mandatory Virtual Respondents’ Conference on March 18, 2025. Any responses received from Respondents who did not attend the Mandatory Virtual Respondents’ Conference will be declared noncompliant and will be disqualified.
2. A mandatory pre-Bid onsite tour is expected for Phase Two. Shortlisted Respondents will have the opportunity for a Site visit during Phase Two as noted above in the Preliminary Procurement Schedule.
3. Interested Respondents must confirm their attendance at the Mandatory Virtual Respondents’ Conference and provide the details of the person(s) who will attend by emailing the below information to
the Contracting Authority by March 12, 2025, failing which, Respondents may not receive the required conference details before the scheduled date and time of the conference.

4. The conference will be limited to two representatives per interested Respondent. Further instructions will be provided only to Respondents who confirm their attendance as set out in paragraph 3 above and will be provided no later than two business days prior the conference. Respondents who have not received instructions on or before that date should contact the Contracting Authority.
5. Any amendments to the pre-qualification will only be shared with those persons who attend the Respondents’ Conference via email from the Contracting Authority.
