DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Athletic Apparel, Accessories And Strategic Partnership.
The University is looking for a Successful Proponent that will provide athletic apparel and accessories for the Faculty of Kinesiology and Physical Education (KPE) according to the required types, sizes, quantities, timelines and other specifications (e.g. colour). In conjunction with the apparel and accessories, the Successful Proponent will provide strategic partnership opportunities. The Program is seeking to develop a comprehensive and integrated branding, purchasing and sponsorship marketing relationship with a Successful Proponent to enhance the professional and financial position of the program.
The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated

CONTRACT DETAILS
Term of the agreement is five (5) years with two years extension option.
