Proponents and any of their employees which will include Subconsultants are required to sign an Appendix E - Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and return it to the attention of Jocelan Torrelli at purchasing@bchousing.org prior to any site information being released no later than August 2, 2017 @ 2:00 p.m. PST.
After receipt of the Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA), Proponents will be provided digital copies of the sample home(s).
Brief Description of Work
This RFP is for two (2) separate locations, and Proponents may submit a proposal for one location or both.
CLBC requires two (2) new single family dwellings to be constructed in Salmon Arm and Cranbrook, BC. The group homes will be regulated under the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA) and Residential Care Regulation Licensed Care (RCR) and will be operated as a fully licensed, fully accessible group home. BC Housing is acting on behalf of CLBC to develop these homes.
