The Spectral Flow Cytometer will support biomedical and biological research projects taking place in laboratories in the departments of Systems Design Engineering and Chemical Engineering (Faculty of Engineering) and the department of Biology, as well as the School of Optometry and Vision Science (Faculty of Science). A sensitive, reliable, robust, user-friendly multi-parametric cell analysis flow cytometry instrument is being purchased to support multiple innovative biomedical and biological research programs at UW.
