Description

The purpose of this RFP is to obtain Proposals from qualified Proponents for:

.1 the supply, delivery, and installation of residential appliances for 238 (townhome and apartment) suites in the Londonderry Redevelopment project located at 14540 72 Street NW, Edmonton, AB T5C 0R7 as set out in Appendix C-1 Pricing Form, TABLE 1: LONDONDERRY PROJECT; and
.2 the ongoing supply, delivery, installation, and removal of residential appliances at various Civida-managed properties within the City of Edmonton as set out in Appendix C-1 Pricing, TABLE 2: ONGOING SUPPLY OF APPLIANCES.

Proponents may propose different appliance makes and models as those listed in Appendix C-1 provided that the proposed make and model specified is the exact dimensions and equivalent in features, function, and value.
