Description

PWGSC, on behalf of the Department of National Defence (DND), is issuing this Request for a Standing Offer (RFSO) for the acquisition of various bulk and drums petroleum products, such as motor and transmission oil to maintain DND’s fleet of commercial and military vehicles, for Valcartier Support Base, Quebec, as detailed in Annex Statement of Requirement.
