Description

The Province is requesting the submission of Proposals for caretaking services for the following buildings/receptacles at the Canmore Nordic Centre Provincial Park:

1. Daylodge
2. Biathlon Building
3. Waxroom Building
4. Biathlon Teamroom
5. Cross Country Teamroom
6. Maintenance Shop
7. Snow/Trails Shop
8. Venue Waste/Recycling Containers

The Services required consist of the furnishing of all labour, cleaning supplies and equipment, washroom supplies, and the plastic garbage bags required for the day-to-day maintenance of the buildings. The Province will provide some storage space for the Contractor’s use in each building being serviced. All other supplies necessary to complete the tasks will be provided by the Contractor.

The Canmore Nordic Centre Provincial Park is located approximately 5 kilometers south of the town of Canmore along the Smith-Dorrien/ Spray Highway.
