Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Parkland County (the “County”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for building a Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (“SCADA”) Central Hub as per the SCADA Masterplan specifications developed by Lukay Research and Development Ltd., as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”).

Deliverables under this RFP includes, Design and Programming, Hardware procurement, Software development and Installation, Commissioning and Training of a new SCADA Central Hub. Also, the selected vendor will be responsible for providing ongoing 24/7 technical support relating to SCADA system.
