Description

The Regional District of Kootenay Boundary (RDKB) (“the Owner”) invites tenders from qualified contractors to complete structural, mechanical, plumbing, and mill work upgrades to the Beaver Valley Arena at 1777 Green Road, Fruitvale, British Columbia, V0G 1L0. The electrical component of the project will be completed by the RDKB’s Red Seal Electrician.
The Owner has contracted Studio 9 Architecture + Planning Ltd. (“the Consultant”) as Coordinating Registered Professional (CRP) to lead project management. Mark Daines, Manager of Facilities and Recreation (“the Owner Representative”) has intimate knowledge of the project and will assist in an advisory role during the bidding and construction periods to provide clarity on any questions not covered in the tender documents.
