Description

The Ministry is seeking qualified and experienced vendors to provide immediate interpretation services to meet operational requirements within the Ontario Provincial Police’s Provincial Communication Centers (PCC) to assist callers who do not speak English. The need for interpretation services is vital, mandatory and ongoing in order to provide all Ontarians and visitors to Ontario access to OPP services. In emergencies, reliable and expedient interpretation services when dealing with non-English speaking members of the public ensures public and officer safety
Scope of Work
The Ministry is seeking qualified and experienced vendors to provide immediate interpretation services to meet operational requirements within the Ontario Provincial Police’s Provincial Communication Centers (PCC) to assist callers who do not speak English.
