Description

The purpose of this ITQ is to seek pricing from qualified contractors to provide hazardous materials abatement and management services per Appendix C Statement of Work, based on the results of a recently completed pre-renovation hazardous materials survey report, asbestos safe work procedures and asbestos risk assessment by Apex EHS Services (copies attached as Appendix E, F & G).

A mandatory site visit will be available on May 23, 2024 at 10:00AM, meeting at the main entrance to the Castlegar campus. Contractors, and their subcontractors (as required), are recommended to become familiar with the sites and existing conditions prior to submitting a bid and to make sufficient allowances for conditions related to the work. Claims for an increase in Contract Price or Contract Time arising from observable conditions will be rejected by the Owner.
