Notice is hereby given that the Corporation of the City of West Kelowna (the City) intends to enter into an agreement with Surespan Construction Ltd., 205 301-38 Fell Avenue, North Vancouver BC, for the buyout of the Rental Bridge Unit at Powers Creek Water Treatment Plant in West Kelowna.
