Sealed tenders, clearly marked as to contents, for the construction of the above works, which consist of the construction of a new above ground water reservoir, the construction of a new water supply well, including electrical and controls, propane generator, raw water watermain and all related work, will be received until 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 17, 2025 by:

Instructions to obtain Tender Documents:
Interested bidders shall contact Ms. Jinette McCormack at Jinette.McCormack@englobecorp.com or at 506.857.2777 ext. 178042 to obtain a digital copy (PDF format) of the Tender Documents and to be added to the official bidders list.
Tender submission method:
Contractors are required to submit their Tender Submission (complete bid) electronically in PDF format via e-mail at jinette.mccormack@englobecorp.com prior to the above stated date and time. The original signed and sealed paper copy of the Tender Submission shall be mailed to the following address:

A bid bond, in the amount of 10% of the total bid (including HST) minimum, made payable to the Village of Doaktown must accompany each tender.
Tender opening method:
Tenders will not be opened in person, but videoconferencing on Microsoft Teams will be made available (instructions to access the videoconference will be provided with the digital Tender Documents).
No award will be made at the tender opening. Tender procedures will be in accordance with the New Brunswick Procurement Act and Construction Services Regulation (No. 2022-78).
The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
