Route 124 Culvert Replacement
NORTON, NB
DILLON PROJECT NO: 25-1989
Sealed Tenders properly marked as to contents and bearing the title of the Work addressed to the undersigned will be received until 11:00 A.M., local time, October 31st, 2025 at the Village Office.
The Work includes the supply of labour, transport, materials, services, equipment and incidentals necessary to complete the Work. Also included is all work of a general nature such as co-ordination, clean-up, property protection and testing. In general without limiting the scope of the Work, the Contract consists of:
- Removal of approx. 14m 1200mm diameter culvert;
- Supply & Install approx. 22m 1500mm diameter concrete culvert;
- Clear and grub inlet and outlet for riprap placement;
- Replacement of asphalt structure and surface to DTI road standards; and
- Site restoration.
Specifications may be obtained from Dillon Consulting Limited, upon payment of FIFTY DOLLARS NON-REFUNDABLE (which includes applicable HST). NOTE: To obtain the tender documents and be registered on the bidders list please email mcorbett@dillon.ca . An electronic copy of the tender package will be provided by email only.
A Bid Bond or Certified Cheque, payable to the Village of Valley Waters, in the amount of TEN PERCENT (10%) of the Total Tender Price (including HST) must accompany each Tender.
Tender Documents will be on display at the Construction Association Offices in Saint John, Moncton and Fredericton.
Tenders will be opened publicly at the Village Office as soon after the Tender closing as possible. The Village of Valley Waters reserves the right to reject any and all Tenders and also reserves the right to not necessarily accept the lowest Tender.
