The Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB) is a not-for-profit organization with its head office located in Toronto, Ontario. TRREB serves approximately 70,000 Members who are licensed real estate Brokers and Salespersons throughout the Greater Toronto Area and strives to be the primary real estate resource providing, preserving, and advancing the professionalism and success of all its Members through innovation and leadership. TRREB is the collective voice for both its commercial and residential REALTOR® Members and operates under the direction of an elected voluntary Board of Directors.
TRREB has one wholly owned subsidiary, PropTx Innovations Inc. (PropTx), which provides leading technology service solutions to REALTORS® through a range of tools, insights and applications that improve the transaction experience for them and the clients they serve.
This document constitutes a Request for Proposal (RFP) for TRREB’s banking and investment services. The information contained herein provides a format to facilitate the bidder’s responses to the RFP. It is important that the format be followed closely to help maintain the decision-making timetable. Responses must be presented in the same order as the requirements appear, section by section, and numbered accordingly. If there is no cost associated with a service, please indicate such in your proposal. All pricing information should be fully disclosed with all charges clearly defined, i.e., a per unit fee based on activity, a flat monthly or annual fee for specific services detailed.
Please note that this RFP does not include a contract for credit card processing services. This service was previously awarded under a separate RFP process. However, feel free to address any other potential services not specifically mentioned in the RFP that may be of benefit to TRREB.
