  6. Qualified person declaration
  7. Summary of findings and confirmation of regulatory compliance
2. Additional requirements and/or recommendations not explicitly identified within this Request for Proposal and identified as “Additional Requirements” or “Recommendations”.
3. Proposed Contract Agreement containing contract extension provision for the excess soils investigations of future neighbourhood upgrades as identified in the Appendices.
