SWM.SWOP04369-01 - Construction of Morley Transfer Station Upgrades

The work generally involves, but is not necessarily limited to, the following:
▪ Mobilization and demobilization including transporting equipment to and from site, constructing and reclaiming any haul roads required during construction, obtaining permits, erecting temporary facilities, and providing a safety program;
▪ Waste removal from site, hauling and disposal at a third-party landfill;
▪ Removal of existing interlocking concrete retaining wall;
▪ Construction of a new interlocking concrete retaining wall;
▪ Traffic control to maintain site access and operation during the construction;
▪ Supply and construction of concrete bin pads and collection trucks disposal bays;
▪ Supply and installation of collection trucks disposal bay spill flaps;
▪ Supply and installation of concrete block walls for recycling bunkers;
▪ Removal of portion of existing site fencing, disposal of materials on site;
▪ Supply and installation of site fence and gates;
▪ Supply and installation of litter fence;
▪ Supply and installation of granular base and sub-base materials;
▪ Supply and installation of office trailer and a modified seacan;
▪ Topsoiling and seeding of embankment slopes; and
▪ Supply, coordination, permitting, installation and commissioning required for an additional light post and a security camera, re-installation of existing lights and cameras following construction, and supply of electricity to the proposed attendant's office and Modified Seacan on site.
